The Air Jet Bottle Cleaning Machine is designed for effective dry cleaning of bottles prior to the filling operation. The machine is constructed on a rigid SS 304 frame structure and is equipped with an in-built turn table for manual bottle loading and unscrambling. It ensures removal of dust, loose particles, and foreign matter from bottles using a combination of high-pressure air jets and continuous vacuum suction, in compliance with pharmaceutical GMP requirements

Bottle Loading
Bottles are manually loaded onto in-built turn table (30 inch diameter)

Bottle Inversion – Entry
Input inversion block inverts bottle by 180° (neck downward)

High pressure air jet nozzles blow inside bottle

Continuous vacuum suction removes loosened particles

Dust collected through dust collecting chamber with filter bag

Bottle Re-Inversion
Output inversion block rotates bottle back 180° to upright position

Bottles pushed toward next filling machine conveyor
The continuous pusher wheel movement ensures smooth bottle flow through the cleaning track without bottle jamming or spillage.
