The Air Jet Bottle Cleaning Machine is designed for effective dry cleaning of bottles prior to the filling operation. The machine is constructed on a rigid SS 304 frame structure and is equipped with an in-built turn table for manual bottle loading and unscrambling. It ensures removal of dust, loose particles, and foreign matter from bottles using a combination of high-pressure air jets and continuous vacuum suction, in compliance with pharmaceutical GMP requirements.
