Applications
Full or partial wrap-around labeling on PET, plastic, HDPE, LDPE and glass bottles, widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food product industries.
Labels up to 120 containers per minute depending on product and label size, with a roller spacing device requiring no change parts.
Containers on the conveyor are spaced by the roller device; a product sensor releases labels from the self-adhesive roll, optional batch printing marks each label, and a rubber pressing belt ensures neat, perfect label fixing.
